Layout includes Full Bath (with tub/shower), one private bedroom, laundry and a new 8' X 8' mud room. Dining room has sliding glass doors out to the deck. Gas grill provided. Living room has a large beautiful fireplace for those cold winter days. Cable TV, AM/FM radio/CD player, DVD/VHS player, Washer/Dryer and local phone provided. Free Wi Fi at the clubhouse.
Second Floor has loft area overlooking first floor, two bedrooms, and a half bath. There is a closet in every bedroom.
We get excellent cell service with Verizon! Parking on premises. This is a non-smoking home. Sorry, no pets.
Tenants provide their own bed linens and towels. We provide everything else you'll need.
